Draft — under review by The Nid Group.
Terms of Use
The Nid Group
Effective date: October 15, 2026. These terms cover use of this website. Governing law: the District of Columbia.
Confidential listings need an NDA
Business listings on this site are blind. The public page shows only the teaser we chose to publish. The confidential memorandum, financial documents, and the seller's identity stay closed until you have an account and a signed NDA for that exact listing. Requesting an NDA does not unlock the file. An NDA you sign for one listing does not open any other listing.
Listing information
Listing information courtesy of Bright MLS.
The data relating to real estate for sale on this website comes in part from the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program of Bright MLS. The IDX program is a cooperative display of other brokerages' listings. Bright MLS is the source of the IDX content. Consumers should know that information is provided exclusively for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. Note that some properties which appear may no longer be available because they are under contract, have sold, or are no longer being offered. Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Real estate listings held by brokerage firms other than The Nid Group are identified with the listing brokerage name.
No offer and no advice
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a security, a business, or real estate. A listing, a teaser, or a follow-up request is not an offer and is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own review, including any professional you hire, before you rely on what you read here.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, The Nid Group is not liable for decisions you make from information on this site, for listing data that came from another brokerage, or for indirect or consequential losses. This draft does not set a dollar cap. If a law does not allow a limit, that law controls.
