Draft — under review by The Nid Group.
Privacy Policy
The Nid Group
Effective date: October 15, 2026. This page describes what this website collects. It is not a claim that we meet any particular privacy statute.
Who we are
The Nid Group operates this site for lower middle market M&A and commercial real estate advisory. Business mailing address: Nid Group, LLC, 2001 L Street NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20036. Privacy questions: aty.biswese@thenidgroup.biz.
What you give us
- Buyer sign-up and login: your name, email, and password. The password goes to the account system. It is not stored on a lead record.
- Valuation follow-up: your name, email, optional phone, industry, years in business, annual revenue, and optional SDE or EBITDA. Campaign parameters on the page address (source, medium, campaign, term, and content) are saved with that request. An automated range is stored for our advisors and is not shown to you.
- Nid Studio subscribe box: your email address. Submitting it does not send you a message by itself.
- Bright MLS listing inquiry: your name, email, phone, message, and the listing reference shown on that page.
- NDA request: you must already have an account. We use the name and email on that account, plus the public listing you asked about, to send a signing envelope. Confidential seller identity is not part of that envelope.
What the site records on its own
- Your IP address, taken from the request, is stored with your email for a short rate-limit counter on valuation requests, newsletter signups, listing inquiries, and NDA requests. The limit is three attempts in ten minutes.
- We may mark an email for review when the domain is a known disposable-email service.
- When you sign in, Supabase sets session cookies so the site can keep you logged in. Those cookies are part of the account. This site does not run advertising or analytics scripts, and it does not set a separate analytics cookie.
Companies that process this
- Supabase stores accounts, session cookies, leads, NDAs, and listing records.
- Vercel hosts the site. Request logs can include the IP address used for the rate limit.
- Resend sends transactional email, including NDA notices and the advisor alert after a valuation request. Those messages go to you or to our advisors, not to a public list.
- DocuSign prepares and hosts the NDA envelope for the listing you requested.
- Bright MLS, through Realtyna, supplies listing data we display. An inquiry you submit on this site is stored by us. It is not sent to Bright MLS or Realtyna.
- Calendly is a third-party service used when someone books a call. “Request a Consultation” and “Book a Call” open this site’s booking page, which embeds Calendly’s calendar. The name, email, and time you enter there are collected by Calendly. This site does not record or track that booking.
Advisors may publish a public listing teaser to Facebook or LinkedIn. That post uses the public listing text, not your account or form answers. This site does not embed a Facebook or LinkedIn tracking pixel.
How long we keep it
This draft does not set a retention period. Rate-limit rows are counted on a ten-minute window. Account, lead, and NDA records stay until we decide otherwise.
